Care that meets you where you are.

About Jess

Jess Frederic is a licensed clinical social worker, holistic therapist, and yoga teacher who supports women and mothers navigating anxiety, overwhelm, and major life transitions.

Her work centers on nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and helping people feel steadier in their bodies and lives. Sessions are grounded, collaborative, and paced to support safety rather than urgency.

Jess believes care works best when it honors context, capacity, and the season of life you are in.

How Jess works with clients

Jess’s approach blends clinical therapy, somatic and nervous system based work, and practical support for daily life.

Sessions focus on helping clients slow down, reconnect to their bodies, and develop steadiness during periods of stress or change. Care is not about fixing or forcing progress. It is about creating enough safety for meaningful change to unfold.

This work supports people who are high-functioning, responsible, and often holding a lot for others while feeling depleted inside.

This space fits best for women and mothers who:

Feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally exhausted even when life looks “fine”
Carry responsibility easily and struggle to rest
Are navigating identity shifts, motherhood, or major transitions
Want depth and collaboration rather than surface-level coping
Value privacy, autonomy, and care that moves at a steady pace
