If This Sounds Like You

You love your kids, yet motherhood feels heavier than expected. You may feel overstimulated, touched out, or constantly on edge. You carry the mental load while your needs fall last. You feel anxious, irritable, or emotionally numb. You miss who you were before and feel unsure how to integrate who you are now. You wonder why this feels so hard when you are doing everything right.

How We Work Together

This work supports regulation, resourcing, and reconnection. The focus includes supporting your nervous system so daily stress feels manageable, making space for grief, anger, love, and exhaustion, reconnecting to yourself without added pressure, and building tools that fit real life.

Support honors both you and the season you are in.

Nice to Meet You!

I’m Jess

I work with mothers who are exhausted, overstimulated, and quietly carrying more than they let on. My approach offers space to slow down, feel supported, and come back into relationship with yourself — not just your roles. This is care for the whole person behind the motherhood.

Nothing has gone wrong.

Motherhood reshapes your nervous system, identity, and capacity. Most mothers never receive support through this shift.
